CEDI Observance of the July 4^th Holiday

In observance of the July 4^th Holiday, the National Government Services offices will be closed on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.

The CEDI Gateway and CEDI Claims Portal will be available.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at 9:00 am ET for normal business hours.

All DME MAC Jurisdictions will observe Tuesday, July 4, 2023 as a holiday and claim cycles will not run. Claims received after 3:00 pm ET on Monday, July 3, 2023 through 5:00 pm ET on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 with a receipt date of Wednesday, July 5, 2023. 

DME MAC Reports and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERA) produced on Monday, July 3, 2023 will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox Tuesday, July 4, 2023. The next available DME MAC Reports and ERA will be delivered to the Trading Partner’s CEDI mailbox on Thursday, July 6, 2023.
