CEDI Help Desk Phone Lines Unavailable
The CEDI Help Desk is currently experiencing issues with the CEDI Help Desk number 866-311-9184.
CEDI customers may send their issue to the CEDI Help Desk via email. The e-mail address is ngs.cedihelpdesk@anthem.com and should include the following:
- Sender ID
- PTAN or NPI Number
- Phone Number
- Issue
As a reminder, PHI cannot be included in e-mails as this breaches the HIPAA Security guidelines.
