CEDI Help Desk Will be Unavailable on Monday, October 13, 2008

Provider contact centers are allowed to close on Federal holidays to conduct training in lieu of answering telephone inquiries. The Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) Help Desk will utilize Monday, October 13, 2008 for training and will not be available to answer phone calls. The CEDI Help Desk will resume answering telephone inquires on Tuesday, October 14, 2008.

The CEDI Gateway will remain open for Trading Partners to exchange electronic transactions.
