CEDI Front End Update for October 9, 2008
The Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) system continues to experience delays in processing inbound files received from our Trading Partners. As of this morning, Thursday October 9, 2008, it is taking CEDI 16 hours to produce the TA1, TRN, 997 and GenResponse front end reports. National Government Services is working diligently to improve this performance. Please be assured that all claim files received are being accounted for and reports will be produced. If you have transmitted claim files but have not received your front end reports, do not resubmit the files. Doing so will create additional files for processing and decrease the response time. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. National Government Services will keep you updated as we work to bring our CEDI environment back to the service levels we have been able to provide.
