Reminder - EDI Help Desk Hours of Operation

The National Government Services EDI Help Desk (1-877-273-4334) hours of operation are as follows:

Medicare Part A:
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. eastern time (ET) Monday through Friday
4:00 to 6:00 p.m. eastern time (ET) for password resets only

Medicare Part B:
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. eastern time (ET) Monday through Friday
4:00 to 6:00 p.m. eastern time (ET) for password resets only

Jurisdiction B DME MAC:
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. eastern time (ET) Monday through Friday

Note: The Jurisdiction B DME MAC Help Desk should be contacted for the following ONLY:

  • Enrollment and/or access to Claim Status Inquiry (CSI)

  • Enrollment in Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

  • Claim Status Inquiry Password Resets


All other inquiries should be referred to the CEDI Help Desk
