Intermittent Issue with CEDI Asynchronous Connectivity
The National Government Services, Inc. CEDI Gateway began to experience issues with asynchronous (Async) connectivity on Monday, June 7, 2010. This issue does not affect all Trading Partners using Async all the time. If a Trading Partner using Async communications is having problems logging in or sending/receiving transactions, they should continue to dial into CEDI until they are able to login in and send/receive transactions. Trading Partners should also consider dialing into CEDI during off-peak hours - before 10:00 a.m. and after 3:00 p.m. eastern time (ET).
CEDI is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
