Common Electronic Data Interchange (CEDI) Observance of Memorial Day

In observance of Memorial Day, National Government Services offices will be closed on Monday, May 31, 2010.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. eastern time (ET) for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway will be open for trading partners to exchange transactions on Monday, May 31, 2010.

Claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday May 28, 2009 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday June 1, 2010 will be delivered to the durable medical equipment Medicare administrative contractor (DME MAC) jurisdictions on Tuesday June 1, 2010 with a receipt date of Tuesday, June 1, 2010. DME MAC reports for these claims will be available for download on Wednesday, June 2, 2010.

DME MAC Reports and electronic remittance advices (ERAs) produced on Friday, May 28, 2010 will be delivered to the trading partner's CEDI mailbox between Saturday, May 29 and Monday, May 31, 2010.

Jurisdiction C will run a cycle but will not receive claims on Monday, May 31, 2010. They will produce ERAs Monday night and these will be available on Tuesday, June 1, 2010.

Jurisdictions A, B, and D will not run cycles on Monday, May 31, 2010. ERAs produced by Jurisdictions A, B, and D Tuesday night will be available Wednesday, June 2, 2010.
