Observance of President’s Day

In observance of President's Day, the National Government Services offices, including the CEDI Help Desk, will be closed on Monday, February 15, 2010. The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway will be open for trading partners to exchange transactions on Monday, February 15, 2010.

DME MAC Reports and Electronic Remittance Advices produced on Friday, February 12, 2010 will be delivered to the trading partner's CEDI mailbox Monday, February 15, 2010.

Claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, February 12, 2010 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, February 15, 2010 will be delivered to all DME MAC Jurisdictions on Monday, February 15, 2010 with a receipt date of Monday, February 15, 2010.

DME MAC Jurisdictions A and B:

• Will not run a cycle on Monday, February 15, 2010.
• DME MAC Reports will be generated with the next cycle on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 and will be available for download from CEDI on Wednesday, February 17, 2010.
• Electronic Remittance Advices will be generated with the next cycle on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 and will be available from CEDI on Wednesday, February 17, 2010.

• Will run a cycle on Monday, February 15, 2010
• DME MAC Reports will be generated with the Monday, February 15, 2010 cycle and will be available for download from CEDI on Tuesday, February 16, 2010.
• Electronic Remittance Advices will be generated with the Monday, February 15, 2010 cycle available for download from CEDI on Tuesday, February 16, 2010.
