2010 Schedule of Important CEDI Events
-
June 30—CEDI Gateway will be brought down at 3:00 p.m. until 11:59 p.m. ET for the July Release of the CEDI Code Source Updates.
-
July 5—CEDI Help Desk will
be closed in observance of the July 4, 2010 holiday. No DME MAC
cycles will run. Claims received by CEDI on July 5, 2010 will have July 6, 2010 assigned as the date of receipt.

September 6—CEDI Help Desk will
be closed in observance of Labor Day. No DME MAC cycles will run. Claims
received by CEDI on September 6, 2010 will have September
7, 2010
assigned as the date of receipt.

September 30—CEDI Gateway will be brought down at 3:00 p.m. until 11:59
p.m. ET for the October Release of the CEDI Code Source Updates.
- October 1—CEDI Gateway brought
down at 3:00 p.m. until 11:59 p.m. ET for the CEDI October Quarterly Release.

November 25—CEDI Help Desk will
be closed in observance of Thanksgiving. No DME MAC cycles will run. Claims
received by CEDI on November 25, 2010 will have November 26, 2010 assigned as the date of receipt.

November 26—CEDI Help Desk will
be closed in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Jurisdictions A, B, and D
will not run cycles. Jurisdiction C will run a cycle. CEDI will receive and
process transactions as a normal business day.
- December 24—CEDI Help Desk will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday. No DME MAC cycles will run.
Claims received by CEDI on December 24, 2010 will have December 27, 2010 assigned as the date of receipt.
2011 Schedule of Important CEDI Events
- January 3—PECOS warning edits C200, C201, C202 for the ordering/referring provider will become rejections.
