November 28-29 - The CEDI Help Desk will be closed in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

December 25 - The CEDI Help Desk will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday.

December 31 - The CEDI Trading Partner ID and CCP User ID Recertification period ends.

December 31 - The CEDI HETS Recertification period ends.
2025 Schedule of Important CEDI Events

January 1 - The CEDI Help Desk will be closed in observance of New Year's Day holiday.

January 3 - The CEDI Gateway will be brought down at 3:00 pm ET for the January '25 Quarterly Release.

January 20 - The CEDI Help Desk will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
* The CEDI Help Desk is closed on Thursdays from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm ET for training.
** CEDI reserves Sundays for system maintenance and Trading Partners may not be able to connect.
