CEDI Observance of Thanksgiving

In observance of Thanksgiving, National Government Services, Inc. offices will be closed on Thursday, November 23, 2023 and Friday, November 24, 2023. 

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Monday, November 27, 2023 at 9:00 am ET for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway, CEDI Claims Portal, and the self-service tools located on the CEDI Web site www.ngscedi.com will be available.

Claims for all DME MAC Jurisdictions received by CEDI after 5:00 pm ET on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 through 5:00 pm ET on Monday, November 27, 2023 will be delivered to all DME MAC Jurisdictions on Monday, November 27, 2023 with a receipt date of Monday, November 27, 2023.   

Electronic Remittance Advices and CMN Reject Reports produced by the DME MACs with the Wednesday, November 22, 2023 cycle will be available by Thursday, November 23, 2023.  The next ERAs and CMN Reject Reports produced by the DME MACs will be available on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.
