CEDI Observance of Memorial Day 2026

In observance of Memorial Day, the CEDI Help Desk will be closed on Friday, May 22, 2026 and Monday, May 25, 2026.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 9:00 am ET for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway and CEDI Claims Portal will be available to exchange transactions on Friday, May 22, 2026 and Monday, May 25, 2026; however, the DME MAC Jurisdictions will NOT run cycles on Monday, May 25, 2026.

All claims received after 5:00 pm ET on Friday, May 22, 2026 through 5:00 pm ET on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 with a receipt date of Tuesday, May 26, 2026.

Electronic Remittance Advices produced on Friday, May 22, 2026 will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox by Monday, May 25, 2026. The next available Electronic Remittance Advices will be delivered to the Trading Partner’s CEDI mailbox by Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
