CEDI Observance of the July 4th Holiday

In observance of the July 4th Holiday, the National Government Services office will be closed on Friday, July 2, 2021 and Monday, July 5, 2021.

The CEDI Gateway and CEDI Claims Portal will be available.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 9:00 am ET for normal business hours.

All DME MAC Jurisdictions will observe Monday, July 5, 2021 as a holiday and claim cycles will not run. Claims received after 3:00 pm ET on Friday, July 2, 2021 through 5:00 pm ET on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 with a receipt date of Tuesday, July 6, 2021.

DME MAC Reports and Electronic Remittance Advices produced on Friday, July 2, 2021 will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox Tuesday, July 6, 2021. Please contact the CEDI Help Desk regarding any questions at ngs.cedihelpdesk@anthem.com or at 866-311-9184.
