CEDI Observance of Thanksgiving

In observance of Thanksgiving, National Government Services, Inc. offices will be closed on Thursday, November 25, 2021 and Friday, November 26, 2021. 

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Monday, November 29, 2021 at 9:00 am ET for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway and CEDI Claims Portal will remain open for Trading Partners to exchange electronic transactions and the self-service tools located on the CEDI Web site www.ngscedi.com will be available.

Claims for all DME MAC Jurisdictions received by CEDI after 5:00 pm ET on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 through 5:00 pm ET on Monday, November 29, 2021 will be delivered to all DME MAC Jurisdictions on Monday, November 29, 2021 with a receipt date of Monday, November 29, 2021.   

Electronic Remittance Advices and CMN Reject Reports produced by the DME MACs with the Wednesday, November 24, 2021 cycle will be available by Thursday, November 25, 2021.  The next ERAs and CMN Reject Reports produced by the DME MACs will be available on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.
