CEDI Help Desk Phone Lines Unavailable

The CEDI Help Desk is currently experiencing issues with their phone system. 

CEDI customers may send their issue to the CEDI Help Desk via email.  The e-mail address is ngs.cedihelpdesk@anthem.com and should include the following:

• Sender ID

• Phone Number

• Issue

As a reminder, PHI cannot be included in e-mails as this breaches the HIPAA Security guidelines.

The CEDI self-service tools continue to be available on the CEDI Web site at www.ngscedi.com.
