Observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day

In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the National Government Services offices, including the CEDI Help Desk, will be closed on Monday, January 15, 2024.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway and CEDI Claims Portal will be available to exchange transactions on Monday, January 15, 2024.

DME MAC Reports and Electronic Remittance Advices produced on Friday, January 12, 2024 will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox by Monday, January 15, 2024.

DME MAC Jurisdictions B and C:

Will not run a cycle on Monday, January 15, 2024.

Claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, January 12, 2024 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 will be delivered to DME MAC Jurisdictions B and C on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 with a receipt date of Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

CMN Rejection Reports will be generated with the next cycle on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 and will be available for download from CEDI on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

Electronic Remittance Advices will be generated with the next cycle on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 and will be available from CEDI on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

DME MAC Jurisdictions A and D:

Will run a cycle on Monday, January 15, 2024.

Claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, January 12, 2024 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, January 15, 2024 will be delivered to DME MAC Jurisdiction A and D on Monday, January 15, 2024 with a receipt date of Monday, January 15, 2024.

CMN Rejection Reports will be generated with the Monday, January 15, 2024 cycle and will be available for download from CEDI on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

Electronic Remittance Advices will be generated with the Monday, January 15, 2024 cycle and will be available for download from CEDI on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
