Observance of the Juneteenth Holiday

In observance of Juneteenth, the National Government Services offices, including the CEDI Help Desk, will be closed on Monday, June 19, 2023.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.

The CEDI Gateway and CEDI Claims Portal will be available to exchange transactions on Monday, June 19, 2023, however the DME MAC Jurisdictions will NOT run cycles on Monday, June 19, 2023. CMN Rejection Reports and Electronic Remittance Advices produced on Friday, June 16, 2023 will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox by Monday, June 19, 2023. The next available CMN Rejection Reports and Electronic Remittance Advices will be produced on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 and delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.
