New CEDI Help Desk Email Address

The CEDI Help Desk has a new email address!

As part of our transition to Wellpoint Federal, the CEDI Help Desk has a new email address – cedihelpdesk@anthem.com.

Email requests will continue to receive a response within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The CEDI Help Desk will continue to provide support to suppliers, billing services, clearinghouses, and Trading Partners by email and telephone.

Important: Please do not include protected health information (PHI) or personally identifiable information (PII) in email communications.
