In observance of the Christmas holiday, National Government Services, Inc. offices, will be closed on Wednesday, December 25, 2024.
The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.
The CEDI Gateway, CEDI Claims Portal and the self-service tools located on the CEDI Web site www.ngscedi.com will be available.
DME MAC Jurisdictions A and D:
Will not run a cycle Wednesday, December 25, 2024
Claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 26, 2024 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions A and D with the receipt date of December 26, 2024.
ERAs from the December 24, 2024 cycle will be available by Wednesday, December 25, 2024. ERAs will next be available on Friday, December 27, 2024.
DME MAC Jurisdictions B and C:
Will not run cycles on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 and Wednesday, December 25, 2024.
Claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, December 23, 2024 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, December 26, 2024 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions B and C with the receipt date of December 26, 2024.
ERAs from the December 23, 2024 cycle will be available by Tuesday, December 24, 2024. ERAs will next be available on Friday, December 27, 2024.
New Year’s Day
In observance of the New Year holiday, National Government Services, Inc. will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. ET for normal business hours.
The CEDI Gateway, CEDI Claims Portal, and the self-service tools located on the CEDI Web site www.ngscedi.com will be available.
All DME MAC Jurisdictions:
Will not run a cycle on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
All claims received after 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 through 5:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, January 2, 2025 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions on Thursday, January 2, 2025 with a receipt date of January 2, 2025.
ERAs from the December 31, 2024 cycle will be available by Wednesday, January 1, 2025. ERAs will next be available on Friday, January 3, 2025.
