HETS CEDI Recertification Form
HIPAA Eligibility Transaction System (HETS) requires all Medicare Durable Medical Equipment (DME) suppliers to recertify their relationships with 3rd party entities on an annual basis. HETS allows users to exchange HIPAA compliant ANSI ASC X12 270/271 transactions for the purpose of checking Medicare eligibility using a 3rd party entity.
The HETS CEDI Recertification will conclude on December 31, 2024. Relationships without a HETS CEDI Recertification Form will be terminated.
To begin the recertification process, select the "HETS CEDI Recertification Form" button below then select "Start DME 3rd Party HETS Recertification".
Your DME PTAN, NPI, and email address provided on your HETS CEDI Enrollment Form will be needed to complete the recertification form.
