CEDI Observance of Memorial Day

In observance of Memorial Day, National Government Services offices will be closed on Friday, May 24, 2024 and Monday, May 27, 2024; however, the CEDI Gateway and CEDI Claims Portal will be open to exchange transactions.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 9:00 am ET for normal business hours.

All DME MAC Jurisdictions will observe Monday, May 27, 2024 as a holiday. CMN Rejection Reports and Electronic Remittance Advices produced by the DME MACs on Friday, May 24, 2024 will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox by Monday, May 27, 2024.

All claims received after 5:00 pm ET on Friday, May 24, 2024 through 5:00 pm ET on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 with a receipt date of Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
