CEDI Observance of Memorial Day

In observance of Memorial Day, National Government Services offices will be closed on Friday, May 26, 2023 and Monday, May 29, 2023; however, the CEDI Gateway and CEDI Claims Portal will be open to exchange transactions.

The CEDI Help Desk will reopen on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 9:00 am ET for normal business hours.

All DME MAC Jurisdictions will observe Monday, May 29, 2023 as a holiday. CMN Rejection Reports and Electronic Remittance Advices produced by the DME MACs on Friday, May 26, 2023 will be delivered to the Trading Partner's CEDI mailbox by Monday, May 29, 2023.

All claims received after 5:00 pm ET on Friday, May 26, 2023 through 5:00 pm ET on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 will be delivered to the DME MAC Jurisdictions on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 with a receipt date of Tuesday, May 30, 2023.
